The Wendy's Rewards loyalty program operates under the following terms and conditions:

1. Valid only at participating Wendy’s restaurants in Jamaica operated by Wisynco Foods Ltd.
2. Offers and rules may vary by restaurant, retail outlet, and/or promotion.
3. Must be 18+ to participate in the rewards program.
4. Points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
5. Points are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other member's accounts.
6. Members can redeem up to 20,000 points towards a single purchase.
7. All program matters or disputes are decided by Wisynco Foods Ltd and are final.
8. 5 points are awarded for every $100 spent on menu/retail items including GCT. Participating items are subject to change and vary by location.
9. The rewards program may be changed or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Wisynco Foods Ltd
10. Personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with visitors is retained by Wisynco Foods Ltd and is not sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed outside the company, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information about rewards members are known only when voluntarily submitted, for example, via registration to the rewards program, sweepstakes or contests.
12. Wisynco Foods Ltd. will not be liable for missing points/rewards, as a result of stolen or unauthorized use of points by non-member who presents Rewards Card (Virtual or Key Tag). Customer must report lost or stolen card to be deactivated.
13. Wendy's in-store employees are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
14. All points gained that are not redeemed within a year of accrual will be expired and non-redeemable.
15. All rewards cards are subject to suspension once our stipulated limits are exceeded after being given warning.
